"This company commits fraudulent activity. I have been trying to get a refund since April 30th 2012. Now the same "owner" Tom Walters is telling me that they just bought the company. It has been story after story with this company. They will not even give me an address for corporate office of any kind. I filed a complaint with the attorney general in Vancouver Washington becasue that is the only adress that I can find."

"So far this seems like a giant scam I ordered a lens that was supposedly in stock so I ordered it with next day shipping because we are leaving for vacation, when I received confirmation e-mail it says the item is out of stock and won't ship for 3 to 5 weeks. I tried to call their numbers and no one answers the phone, I also sent e-mail and no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!"

"I ordered items advertised as in-stock from slaphoto's online store. I e-mailed or called them weekly for a ship date, only to be told to be patient. Finally I wised up and requested that my credit card be refunded, to which they agreed but would not do despite multiple reminders from me. I Got my refund 2 months later only after filing a dispute through my credit card company. SLAPhoto must be running a money borrowing scam."
