I ordered an engraved knife from this distributor and they sent me a broken knife. When I emailed them to ask what to do, they told me they would not refund or exchange the knife since it was engraved. It was their responsibility to ensure the product was not broken before they engraved it as I never had the chance to check the product myself. As far as I know, it was already returned by another customer, and the company just waited until the next 'sucker' ordered engraving so they could get rid of it and claim it "unreturnable". The only response I got from them was to "contact the manufacturer directly" to see if they would honor the warranty. When I contacted the SOG Specialty Knives Warranty Department they informed me that they have had this exact complaint about this distribitor before, and they would contact the distributor on my bahalf. One week later, the Warranty Department of SOG Specialty Knives told me to send the knife to them because this distibutor was not cooperating.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISTRIBUTOR.
They are unreliable, dishonest, deceitful scam artists. They claim to be SOG's "Master Distributer" but even SOG is not happy with them.
