Terrible Serivce

"I attempted to return an item received damaged, a satellite antenna. Their rep, Joy, attempted to say they do not ship damaged products and put words in my mouth by saying my mail carrier is cutting packages, the package appeared damaged as well upon receipt... I had attempted to explain the package could have been damaged in shipment, she then twisted it around saying my mail carrier is cutting packages...She had a very bad attitude and twisted my words around in order to divert blame to mail carrier in order to avoid accepting return of damaged item.. I ended up disputing the purchase with Paypal, refund issued. Its funny her name is Joy because she is no joy to deal with, far from it."

"Very poor service. Received marine installation kit thrown in the box without being in plastic bags. A mess. No help from service only excuses. Bigger problem is no installation instructions. Only excuses again. To return the customer has to pay return shipping. Owner did not return my call. Will not buy again or recommend.

As an update the owner did contact me and we are working the issues.

Owner has been helpful as I install this unit. After the help I fully recommend this product and seller. He went out of his way to fix the situation.

"Took my money. Didn't send anything and did not get any email other than the first order confirmation. Filed a dispute with PayPal. Money was refunded and someone from SRS called and said that there had been a "glitch in their system". I would never buy from them again."
