I processed a claim through paypal that was decided in my favor because paypal could not get a response from them either. However, I won't be getting any money back because there is no funds in their account and they don't offer buyer protection. Surfcodiscounters is a fraud. Buy from somewhere else."
"On feb 23 2007 I ordereed a Sog para tool from Surfco discountersand payed through Paypal, my credit card was charged but I have yet to receive the item ordered.I have left several phone messages when their voice mail was not too full to accept any and several emails and have no response from them, I have also emailed paypal and have as yet received no response from them either."

"I ordered a Buck knife and paid for it through PayPal. My credit card was charged but I didn't receive the knife. When I called I was told the order was lost and they'd get back to me the next day. Next I was told the knife was no longer carried in stock but to give them a few days to see if they could get it. A week later I called back. There was no information available so I changed the order to a similiar knife and was told it would ship out the next business day. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago and I still haven't received the knife nor is anyone answering my emails to customer service or voicemails to the company. No one is answering the phone and many times the voicemail box is full not taking any more messages. "
"A pair of sunglasses I ordered was backordered. I was personally contacted and asked if I wanted to wait, cancel or change colors. I chose to wait. When they arrived they didn't fit me well. Too small. I was assisted with selecting a better alternative and given a return authorization number. The exchange was smooth and efficient. All communication was very prompt and personable. It's the kind of service you rarely find even in the non-web marketplace anymore."
