" I thought that I had ordered a SS 10X42 but in reality I had clicked on the 6x42 SS scope instead that was back ordered. I called up and the rep said no problem we have them in stock and that he would change the order and get it shipped that day. I had the scope with free rings and a level for $50 the regular price on Black Friday. It arrived in 3 days! What a deal! it looks great. Can't wait to put it on my my Savage 10t in 6.5 Creedmoor and try it out.

-SWFA Scopes rock. Period.
The bad.
-Customer service was a required contact because the company admitted they purposely declined the Credit cards because "they" stated that the information I gave them didn't match. The funny thing is, when we three party called the credit card company while I was speaking to SWFA rep to verify my address, it was verified in minutes.
Why does this company take it upon themselves to counter verification practices?
2nd thing, my wife and I both placed orders online, mine with a credit card and hers with a bank card. Both were initially declined, forcing us both to contact the company. When I asked how both would be declined, they admitted "their" verification was stricter.
3rd thing, after calling and verifying and getting everything approved, I get another email stating that the transaction was declined again, forcing a 3rd call to customer support. Apparently, an item on backorder I ordered originally, came into stock, they modified the order, and surprise surprise, it was declined again.
Guys, seriously, invest in better software or whatever is causing the declinations. Your support staff admitted the problem was on your end after I told him about the wife using a bank card and experiencing the same problem, because he originally tried to pin it on the credit card company.
The ugly
- I have found a good bushnell FFP scope in this price range, I shouldn't have to call customer support three times for a purchase.
If you every order, just call it in. I did that for my first order with them and it was fine. Online ordering was a nightmare."

"Shipping dead slow. Rejected payment, it was a problem with THEIR system, my card company said they paid, SWFA said not. I had to track down the problem for them.
No box???? Just an expensive scope tossed into a shipping box with a couple inflated baggies and some peanut-foam. Not sure documents all there. What was there indicated it was a repaired unit, NOT disclosed in the description.
Should have bought from Amazon, MUCH better customer service.

Well, if that's the case theses days your website should be up to date with what is really in stock and not charge you credit card."
