I have no idea when it will be in; whether I have been charged for it, or if I have the option to change or cancel my order. It is now March 7th and the order is still outstanding. Am I going to receive it? Am I able to cancel if I can find it elsewhere? I have received no subsequent communication from the company. A totally unsatisfactory experience."
