"AWESOME! Very swift shipping, surprised the item was ship from Singapore warehouse and arrived in less 5 working days. Though it would be at least 2 weeks coming from China, by far it’s my best experience shopping online. Thou my order was only $20 however SW-Box packed the item properly to ensure no breakage extremely satisfied no complains there. In terms of quality wise I would say it’s top notch quality for the bucks I have spent however I'm slightly disappointed in the transparent back housing for iphone 4s not having the camera lens cover to prevent glare from the flash, later I realized some other back housing stated to have these lens admitting it’s my mistake & inexperience as this is my first back housing case purchased otherwise it would be a cool case *drool*. "In the few items i bought from SW-Box, the screen protector i bought is damaged (bent) and the external rechargeable battery pack which claim to have 6000mah only manage to supply less than 3500mah.

Email SW-Box on return/exchange, their replies are prompt but they replied with tedious steps to do before returning the products, such as do not damage the appearance or break the flex cable and using bubble bag to package it etc. The cost incurred, such as bubble bag, shipping cost etc, will not be reimbursed.

There may be a need to accept it if you receive any faulty item as the process of returning is not favorable to buyer.
