"Disgusting service...I would give a 0 or even -5 stars if possible. They boosted my package value to whatever amount and now I have to pay over 100 dollars of taxes of custom for a parcel of real value less than 10 dollars...The customer service was almost impossible to reach, and when they do they don't care. In the package there were masks for my family amid COVID-19. They never care about it and I lost the parcel, waste money, time and precious save-life items people in need. They should lose their license.

I ship from China to USA. 23 packages.
This shipment already 3 weeks and I still have not received it from UPS. By the UPS tracking, I thought they will deliver today but then I called UPS, they said they don't have my phone number and email. Why they don't have my phone number???????
Luckily I call them today and give them the phone number.
The UPS guy said the delivery guy will call me tomorrow to make an appointment for delivery date and time. Delay one more day!!!!
1) First of all, why don't you SF express give my phone number to UPS.
2) Why you will mail the invoice on 25th and takes 6 days to receive the dame invoice in my mail box. I receive it yesterday June 31st. Do you guys know that this is express shipment???? You told us that in China will take 5-6 days to deliver in USA.I give you 3-4 days to custom clearance, maximum delivery time should be 10 days. I always use FedEx, they guaranteed the delivery time is 2-3 days delivery plus 4 days custom clearance. FedEx treat express as express.
3) Why don't you just email me the invoice and so I can pay on 25th of June and UPS can ship me the products immediately.
4) I emailed to you people, and ask how do I pay for it, no one knows. And keep tell me that it is not released. Can you just tell me the phone number for Finance department from South San Francisco so I can pay via phone with my VISA Card.
Nowadays, who will mail invoice???? You can email, LINE, WeChat, call me, or Fax me.............I don't understand what kind of company you are working for."

All S.F. Express does as a shipping company is to re-package your order to make it seem like it came from them, and then deliver your order to USPS or a parasite shipper like Newgistics. This increases the chances of your order being mislabeled and incorrectly delivered and you get to pay extra for their mistakes.
Why pay someone extra to re-package your order but not ship your order? All they do is put your order in a bag and place a label on it that they printed on their home printer. If you have a printer and the ability to put something in a bag, you've just saved your money and shortened your delivery time to your customers. They also subcontract with Newgistics who is a parasite shipping company who lets USPS deliver their orders after they've taken three times as long as USPS to ship an order.
It makes no sense to use this company. All they do is put stuff in a bag and print out a label on a computer. . .big deal. Even when they screw up orders and deliver the packages to the wrong addresses like they did with me, the fact that they erase the seller's address on the return label and replace it with their own (example: erase Gearbest and their return address and replace it with S.F. Globals return address) AND REPLACE THE ORIGINAL TRACKING NUMBER WITH THEIR OWN means that there is no way to track where a package was shipped from in case there is a problem with an order. When you give S.F. Global your order, you have to hope the don't make a mistake because there's no way you'll be able to return an order or even make sure it's going to the right address."
