"While we love our new mattress, the pillows have taken a little while to get used to. They appear to be very full when they come out of the box and they are "weighty", however once you lay your head on them they do tend to squoosh a bit more than I like. I wish there was an extra layer I could put in the pillow to give it more fullness. In spite of that, they are very well constructed, are a great size and have a nice removable cover. There is NO odor from off-gassing which is just like the mattress. Overall we like the pillows very much.

"The mattress sleeps like a dream, but the foundation is not necessary since our prior foundation would have be just as good if not better and we had an understanding that the foundation had springs in it. Also. the white glove delivery was a joke...When they delivered the foundation had a broken slat in it. We had to wait a week for a replacement. If you have a good foundation, I would recommend keeping it. "

"The purchase process on line was fabulous. Customer service and delivery was exceptional.
Honestly, the bed is just OK. We bought the softest bed Saatva makes and ended up buying an expensive padded mattress cover as well to add to the cushion. It certainly is better than our 15 year old mattress that we replaced, but the WOW factor is just not there. We do have 100 days, but since we bought the softest, where do we go for a more luxurious feel?"
