"Started to buy the Saatva Sloaire, but went ahead with a Sleep Number IL mattress. Could not get comfortable on that mattress and tried to return it but sleep number wanted us to try a Topper on it first. We did that for two weeks but it still didn't help. After that I went ahead and ordered what was originally my first choice and that is the Solaire. We have been more than happy with this mattress. Pillow top on it is great and I can dial it to whatever Comfort level I want. Typically I'm at a 14 on the Saatva. If anyone's looking to purchase this mattress, I don't believe you can't go wrong."

"From the first person we spoke to in customer service to the last, I have been so impressed with the care and concern each person took to make sure our experience with Saatva was awesome.
We had specific delivery needs to remove our old bed and receive our new Solaire bed. Both my husband and I have medical issues and not only did they deliver our new mattresses on the date and time needed but they kept us informed every step of the way, from customer service and managers. If I called, I received a return call within an hour. If someone didn't know the answer to a question they didn't make excuses but said they would find the answer and they did.
I have nothing but praise for our experience for the Saatva staff and thank them for all of their help.

"i simply explained that i was well within my 120 day trial and the mattress was not working for me. my back has actually got worse during that time period. i was truly hoping it would help my back,but it did not. i weigh 190lbs and my wife weighs 130-140. average people. we are both around 60 years of age . the mattress appears to be "breaking down" where we both lay. the springs seem to have lost tension. this occurred on my last mattress after more than 10 years of sleeping on it every night. i believe there is a problem with the quality and strength of the springs. i am no mattress expert,but this should not happen in less than 3 months. i am sure others have seen this and it would cost very little to improve the quality of the springs. this is only a suggestion."

"Set up was on time and courteous. Slept on the bed for one week now. I use 39 on their inflation setting. Tried 20 for first night sleep - softer but also warmer as the cushion seemed to be wrapping around me. We got a split king - the mattresses hold their air. Pump is quite and concealed inn frame. The frame control boxes were left of the floor. I tacked the boxes to the wood bed frame to keep all wires off the floor.
Very satisfied so far. Seems like quality."
