"Great experience purchasing and speaking with customer service to answer questions. Some of the information was difficult to find on mobile, like what mattress directly compare, but a simple web search brought that up.

Also I couldn't go back during the ordering process to change my shipping address while on mobile. And there is no way to access the cart from mobile.
