"The web site is really easy to navigate. So easy that I kept double checking my on line order. Surely not this easy....I must have made a mistake....but no, just easy.

The confirmation of my order gave me further feedback as to the "fit" of the mattress and foundation I ordered. All good to proceed.

Now if the actual delivery and product are on par with the service, so far, we can use "stellar".

"I'm very pleased with my Saatva adjustable frame purchase! Initially I had purchased their luxury firm mattress and found it to be too soft for my lower back. When a friend purchased the Saatva adjustable frame, I tried hers out and liked it. I called Saatva and found out that my luxury firm mattress was constructed prior to their adjustable frames and wouldn't work with my mattress. Saatva offered to exchange my luxury firm mattress for no additional cost for their firm mattress that was compatible with the movable frame. I've never slept better!! I haven't had any low back issues since this purchase. I appreciate the company's willingness to go the extra mile with the mattress exchange (with the purchase of the frame). I love being able to move the head and foot of the mattress separately to my comfort level, the underbed lighting feature, and the flashlight on the remote. It also has massage features which are more like vibrations that I don't care for. Overall, this is a very comfortable bed that offers a great nights sleep!"
