"I ordered the mattress the first few days I slept on it was horendous I called the company and told them I was in more pain then before I received the mattress. In fact I called three times over the course of week and ahalf. Each time I was told to wait til the mattress settles down since it was newly made. I am on my fourth week and my back still hurts , although my hips stopped hurting and some of the neck pain, but lower back is worse then ever. I was told in order for them to pick up would cost another 99.00, and if I want the other mattress it will cost another 99.00 for delivery. Thats a total of $1300.00 for a mattress. So I am at dilemma in which they come get mattress for 99.00 and return 1000.00 and go with out a mattress until I find another one. Or order the other mattress and be out more money if this one does not work. "
