With each purchase I did extensive research on the product and contacted several authorized resellers to find the best merchant to buy from. On both occasions, Safe Harbor offered the best price in addition to excellent customer service. They were very knowledgeable about the products and happily answered all my questions over the phone prior to purchasing. "I ordered ZBrush 3 (Electronic delivery) from Safe Harbor during the last days of their sale offer in 2009.

Due to the nature of the delivery(electronic) and because I ordered from outside US, my order by credit card could not be accepted. Fortunately Safe Harbor were nice enough to extended their offer for me until I could pay it by bank wire transfer.

There was a small hiccup with the bank wire transfer, that is they didn't realise at first to give me a nine numbered confimation code(ABA) which at least EU-US wire transfers require. But when asked they we quick to get the code for me. After that it was smooth sailing.

I'm a happy customer and can say Safe Harbor is a good and friendly reseller."
