"Advertised white sand but received sand with black and glitter partials. Asked for refund and they directed me to their return policy with does not include shipping even when their advertising state the wrong description. Sand was basic beach sand, not white sand. customer service responded to emails a few days after contact. They refuse to pay shipping and return shipping fees on false advertising products."
"Their shipping was extremely slow. It took them a whole month to ship and deliver our 200 lbs sand, while their website stated only 1-2 weeks. Their customer services do not usually pick up phones. Occasionally when they do, they have no idea about the shipping status or the situation at their warehouse. Do not know when the order would be shipped and do not know why the order had been delayed. I asked to speak to their manager. They promised to have the manager call me back. But nothing happened ever since. Their sand is decent quality, but I am very disappointed in their customer service."
