"I had a very disappointing buying experience with SaharaMicro. I purchased a motherboard that was advertised as "New inbox" but when the item arrived it was wrapped in bubble plastic and without any accessories. I could could not use the motherboard and had two options, ie (1) log a case through Paypal or (2) return the item (at my cost). Meanwhile SaharaMicro had removed the webpage where the motherboard was advertised. I proceeded with the option one and SaharaMicro accepted to refund part of the invoice amount for me to purchase the missing accessories. I accepted the offer. I got most of the accessories easily (cables etc) but had to do a lot of search in finding the I/O back panel. By the time I got them, it was over 45 days. When I finally mounted the motherboard, I found that it was a dead motherboard. I now find myself without any recourse for refund, be it with Saharamicro or Paypal. SaharaMicro should feel ashamed in:

1. Advertising a product as "New Inbox" when it is not the case
2. Not informing that an item will be supplied with missing accessories
3. Removing web page immediately after an incorrect sales
4. SELLING DEAD PRODUCT

I would highly recommend potential buyers to keep away from this vendor or to exert high caution when dealing with them. They got me once, but NEVER again!
