"I ordered items last June 22 from Sailboat Owners. I had not received them by fall, when I contacted them they said the items were being returned to them. I realized I had placed a wrong zip code in. When I went to usps to track the shipping code they gave me it states "shipping information was provided but USPS was not in receipt of the item". I contacted them to note this, since November they have not responded to me. So basically I am out the $150.00, its unfortunate. Be careful doing business with them I am reporting them to BBB & on several forums. I have noticed very mixed reviews. MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE"

"If I could give this no stars at all, I would. We saved up our pennies so we could outfit our 2002 Hunter 420 with new cushions before we took our first long (90 day) trip. To our dismay, when the cushions arrived, they were terrible. The foam did not extend into the corners, some foam was not even large enough for the outside (skin) of the cushion. The foam looked like it was old. We were deeply disappointed. The seller suggested that we take the cushions to a local maker but no one would take on the project - especially when they saw the condition of the foam. I wouldn't recommend to anyone that you order cushions here. The only nice thing I can say is that we didn't have any problems receiving a refund."
