"I recently got a 3018 ProVer from Sainsmart. The machine arrived when expected and was in excellent shape. The instructions for completing the assembly were very clear and the parts were all well labeled. (It took me about an hour to get the machine together and running test operations.)
I had 2 separate questions for the support team (not related to the delivery) and they were very responsive in both cases. I wanted the ProVer because it comes with limit switches in all 3 dimensions and an emergency shut off switch just in case anything goes wrong during an operation. They all work quite well and I have completed over a two dozen part designs in the week since I got the machine. "

"I received my SainSmart Ender 3 back in December. It was affordable, at the cost of some quality to the parts, but that's why it's touted as an entry level printer! There are lots of upgrades and other parts online and a big community that can help with what to get. I've had a couple issues both hardware and software, and SainSmart has always been there to help, they've even sent me a new motherboard! They've given me plenty of support and guidance to get the printer fine tuned and running smoothly over the last six months, and I know my next printer is going to be from them!"
