"I believe the real test for customer service is when a problem arises and how the company resolves it. I purchased a Creality Ender 3 printer from SainSmart. I notice the heat on the bed was not distributed evenly. So after two weeks, I decided to get a glass bed for the printer but noticed the glass is too thick. I returned the glass as it didn't fit and gave up on the printer.
I contacted Lynn at support about returning the printer. She was very responsive and extremely helpful. Lynn understood my issue and had some suggestions on how I can resolve my issue. We corresponded back and forth a few times until the issue is resolved to my satisfaction. For the difficult experience I am going through, Lynn is going to send me a gift for my printer.
I was hesitant to use SainSmart from the mixed reviews, but I can say based on my experience, the customer support and service is excellent."
