"Sainsmart divided my order into three shipments. Two of them valued at around $200.00 came in within a week. The third shipment never arrived, even though after many emails to them, Sainsmart repeatedly indicated it WAS shipped.

I repeatedly asked for a shipment date and tracking number on the third item, SainSmart ignored my request, indicating it had been shipped. Only after I sent an email to them indicated they had two days to provide me with a tracking number or I'd file a complaint with Paypal did they finally admitted they had no tracking number. They had no tracking number because they never shipped it. Value was $45.00.

Now, they have issued a refund through PayPal for the $45.00. I'm waiting for the bank to clear the PayPal refund.

Sainsmart did issue a refund through PayPal for $45.00 for merchandise never delivered. And, they also issued a refund for the replacement oscilloscope probes I ordered and received through Ebay. But, there were over 30 emails sent back and forth between Sainsmart and my self over a month or two, trying to resolve the problem. That includes more than a few hours on my computer. For that, I changed my rating to two stars.

As far as the DSO203 oscilloscope goes that was ordered through Sainsmart, that was received in a reasonable time. I've worked with a wide variety of scopes over the past 50 years. This tiny scope is really capable, especially with its small size. Had I only ordered the DSO203 scope, and not the extra probes, I'd have given 5 stars for the scope."
