"I encountered alot of problems ranging from defective parts and very sloppy Craftsmanship, instructions shows a different model of the printer though very similar, the motors in my kit does not match the brackets as well the screws, found cracks in the plastic shell of the 3d Printed parts and massive warpage of the extruder lever, the only positive part of the kit is the Frame and the PSU as it in good shape but the rest of the unit is not usable nor i can assemble since parts do not match.
Ran into issues with shipping cause DHL is non existent in my area, so with all the troubles i got my refund and aiming for a more local store to get a printer.

"We order 100's of units each year for our custom student kits. Sainsmart responds promptly to our RFQs, and keeps us posted on the status of the order from manufacturing to shipping. They are happy to do custom orders, such as longer cables, or different configurations. Delivery via DHL has always been excellent. Sainsmart's defect rate is comparable to other suppliers: e.g. 1 per 100 on mechanical parts like joysticks, 2 per 100 on boards (we have had similar defect rates on equivalent boards from higher priced vendors). We take that into account and order spares - which is not an issue given their prices."
"There was going to be a delay in shipping, Customer Support contacted me, and provided me options... also I put in a PO BOX for a shipping address... but DHL does not ship to PO Boxes... Customer Support was very involved, and other than having to drive to the local DHL office... the product and service was great.... "
