"Very disappointed with the shipping materials. I ordered a complete RAMPS 1.4 electronics kit for a 3d printer but ended up with a broken lcd screen component. The box it shipped in was not adequate to protect the electronics during shipping. It took several weeks for a replacement lcd, but thankfully the replacement part was sent. Also discovered a power issue on the RAMPS board which was easily resolved with a $9.99 replacement from a competing site. Fantastic product line, but they need to be more careful in shipping delicate electronics. "

"Reel does not fit Makerbot Rep2. / wrong diameter. Filament jams a lot. Very brittle and easily cracks. Bought Makerbot filament no problems. Get what you pay for.
Would not buy again.
Update:They offered me 10% off my next purchase if I retracted my review. What does that tell you?
Perhaps sending me a complementary filament reel with improvements would go a lot further to gaining me back as a customer. The 10% ploy only digs a deeper hole."

"Firstly, the product arrived defective. This could have happened in the shipping process however my real problem is with their support. Although their initial response to my query was fast, consecutive responses after that took days and lacked any real info.
After sending the product back (with a tracking #) it has been weeks since I have received notice of a new product being shipped back. Upon requesting an update the only response I got was two words: "Hello Chris".
This is horrendous and I don't recommend spending much money with them. I'm not certain if many people have had similar experiences or not, this is just mine."
