"Never got the product and customer service never answers my calls, texts or emails! BUYER BEWARE!!
Also, the tracking number that they gave me always says error. Shop somewhere else!!

Caring customer service.

"I had ordered 2 sets of Prisma 60 count pencils as gifts, when they came in 1 pack looks as it had opened and dropped on the floor, because the package was tossed on top of the other package and pencils were all loose in the box. unfortunately my mom saw this and open of the sets were for her 79th birthday. I found out that the first package in had opened and had alot of the same colors in it and was unsealed so while I was making sure the colors were right and putting them in the packages but sharpening the broken tips my mom said please tell me one of those are mine. I said yes she took the set which was broken tips and 2 broken pencils and was thrilled. Customer Service after contacted sent out another set of pencils for her and now she has 2 sets some are shorter then others but is thrilled. My niece received her birthday set and asked for another set for christmas. Thanks for the wonderful service."

Ethical working code of practice

"This company has poor customer relationship following my communication I discovered that this company have NO ethical working code and employees if you call it that , they take advantage of people in poorer locations with no contracts of employment by offering below minimum wage , no holidays or sick pay.
Do I really want to do business with a company like this.
No I don't , and if you are you are not only saving money but supporting this companies working code of practice .
I have reported this company to the IRS to lead an investigation into the conduct of employment .
Absolutely shocking .

GREAT Service

"I dealt with Patricia Herde, who was a great help to me. I needed to get a refrigerator in less than a week, and was given a 2 week lead time expectation from literally 15 other stores - all big time stores as well (AJ Madison, Goedekers, etc.), and Sale Stores got this order to me in FOUR DAYS! They really helped me meet my deadline, and especially Patricia stayed on top of my order to make sure it was delivered when I needed it. I NEVER take the time to leave reviews, but I really felt that the service I received from Sale Stores was so superb that I needed to take the time to lets others know. Thanks again!!"

First time purchaser, needed item Next Day Air.

"Found an item I needed on their website, they showed to have item in stock. I called to confirm , actually they did not have but they went the extra step and had the item drop shipped to me from manufacturer for me, Next Day Air. After dealing with many vendors on the web over the years, I was doubtful at first about getting the order “on time”, but this company did deliver as they stated. Their sales and support teams stepped up to the plate and hit a homer. Thanks again for your help. Mike"

Exceptional Customer Service

"I accidentally ordered the wrong size of the half size conference tables. Cristina and the other team helped assist me and walked me through the return process. They kept me updated along the way and made the transition really easy for reordering the tables with a credit from the returned tables. They were always willing to listen and help me along the way. Poor Communication, Wrong Product

"I ordered an item on February 1 and had zero communication of order confirmation, shipping, etc. Payment processed and a box arrived 10 days later...and it was the WRONG ITEM. No packing slip, no way to contact regarding return and trying to get the original ordered item and/or refund. Very sketchy. Found a phone number online and attempted to call, but no live person picked up. "
