"Ordered some filters for my Air Purifiers. They shipped them by UPS. They (UPS) damaged them in shipment and returned them without notifying me. They notified SAMS Club who did nothing. When I wrote a letter explaining what had happened (my shipment was listed as complete on their web site) they responded with a two line message basically telling me they would get back to me in 3-5 working days. Condescending and arragant. Enough for me.

"Yeah, they have some good deals on some things, but I have found one can get better deals on most of their merchandise elsewhere, particularly food items. Their customer service is atrocious with a very clear "take it or leave it" attitude. After a long mixed bag experience doing business with them I have decided to take my business elsewhere."

"I bought tires from Sams Club and the technician went to pull my vehicle in to work on it. He used the wrong key and meesed up my ignition. The Manager Andre Dooley stated on voice mail to me that they needed me to pay for the repair at the dealership and and their insurance company would reimburst me. he stated to them he never said this. I have it on a voice message. Well now I have to take them to cicvil court for $350.00. Thats how little I mattter to them!"

"WARNING* if your primary card holder does not renew there membership all secondary card holders loose there membership for whatever time remains on there membership even though the secondary has paid in full for there 1 year membership due's, this could be a 30 day loss or 11 month loss of membership, just another big biz twist to fleece there customers, sams along with wal mart came to my small town and killed all the compition and now set the prices and rule with iron fist, go figure... sound fimiliar?"
