Out of 10 (in three different orders at different times), only one I was totally disappointed with, 4 were well above my expectations, and all the other 5 were exactly what I expected. Customer service is good once you figure out the ticket system.
Remember, this is an International company, so you must be patient. Shipping comes from far away, they do not have U.S distribution centers like Amazon. Communication is sometimes difficult due to broken English in translation, but I get the impression they really try, and want to provide good service. I will definitely be a returning customer."
