"I ordered two of their spliced goth style blouses (black and wine). I got them within less than two weeks of ordering them. I give them 5 stars for that. The colors were nowhere near what they appeared to be on the site. The black was gray, and the wine was much lighter than the picture, more of a pinkish color, than the dark wine. The ties were black in the picture, but they weren't. The ties for the black (gray), were black, and clashed with the gray color, and the wine blouse was a dark pink. Then, there was the fitting. Extra large is generally the perfect size for me. If you are very large in the chest, these blouses won't work out so well for you. Even with the larger sizes. I have a more western average body. I think these were meant more for Asian or petite bodies. I probably won't shop from SammyDress again. "

"My 1 item order took 6 weeks to arrive, despite paying immediately with Paypal. Cheap quality, though didn't pay much for it.
Sammydress said that they will take my purchase back, would that be 6 weeks to receive that refund, too? I'll keep the dress but won't purchase from Sammydress again."

"2 weeks i have waited for my response. 24 hr reply on the service ticket is an absolute lie
they emailed me saying the order had been shipped but was missing 2 items.. ironically the 2 i most desired and the more expensive of the lot. with no explaination as to why or if it would get sent seperate.
the email also stated a tracking number which when linked didnt exist! i was redirected to the sammydress tracking information once clicked on. it was supposed to be tracked with british express.. a mail company which also does not exist.
upon investigating my image sent i noticed the name yodel so i tracked it through that.. still no record of existance.
further more i paid for it all to be sent together so to recieve this treatment and basic neglect of customer service was disgusting.
i dont think i will ever recieve any communication as to where my missing two items are or if they will ever be sent. i will be going through paypal if im not responded to soon for a refund and i will be reporting the seller for a basic breach of the consumer act 1979.
also i will never buy through this seller again. "

"Did anyone feel CHEATED after ordering from Sammy Dress?
I ordered few items 3 months ago and still waiting for them. I received a substandard peice of cloth says made in china last day.
I wrote a review which never showed up in the PRODUCT REVIEWS. They are smart to mask the bad reviews because Sammy Dress is nothing but a Genuine looking website not a real seller of genuine clothes.
Support team gave a reason for the delay "holidays and Festivals (either in your country or in China)". Run away from the cheats."
"I ordered the suit, a bomber jacket and a bunch of hoodies and a t shirt. I knew it would be small as I am 6'1", but what the hey. try it out. 3 items showed up. The only thing that fit is the shirt because it is spandex. I look like Dwayne Johnson, just need to oil up. The suit is a 2xl, the largest size, and is the equivalent of a 38-40, so there you go. The one hoody that showed is xl, and will fit someone who is 5'5" or shorter and is a nylon type thing and thin, so basically if you are over 5'10" none of this will fit. It cost me over 200$ for the experience, and I had to pay duty as well, and I can say that for me, my size is the big factor plus the failure of them to deliver the items. The suit actually was not bad, so if you are outfitting a bunch of short people for a wedding, buy from there, otherwise, TALL people do not order from there. Order only one thing at a time so you don't get hosed, and maybe you will be okay. 3 items for $230??? No response from the company yet. Not for me, though."
