"Late last year I attempted to replace my water filter and tighten the filter too tight and stripped the assembly. I call and after a very long conversation I thought I was finally able to make the person on the other end understand I wanted at filter assembly. Well, I received a filter. I called and was told my voice was recorded and I did order a filter. I was told I had to pay for the return postage, because I made the mistake. I have been a Housing Professional for over 40 years and know the difference between ordering a filter from the filter assembly.
I have given up getting the correct parts and bought a new refrigerator, "NOT SAMSUNG". This was a resale house and the Samsung fridge was here. HOWEVER, I WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE NOR WILL I EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH J&J OR ENCOMPASS AGAIN! JUST SEND ME MY REFUND. POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We purchased a Samsung Fridge from Home Depot on the advertisement that Samsung's refrigerator was ice maker ready. When I went online to order the ice maker parts, I was directed to J & J, which runs the Samsung parts dept. So far, J & J has sold me $400 in parts and I'm still short of a plug. I called J & J this morning to furnish with the plug and they informed me that Samsung doesn't make the plug. J & J is $400 richer (I'm $400 poorer) selling me parts that aren't complete to finish the installation of the ice maker. J & J also will hang up on you when they don't want to talk to you anymore. Good Luck, so far I have had non with either company."

"My online order for a refrigerator water filter was not processed correctly so I called the number at the bottom of the email that told me of the problem rather than resubmitting it online. I spoke with Yuri and she was very helpful in confirming that I was ordering the correct filter and in placing the order. I asked about an instructional video on replacing the filter and she gave me the number for tech support; she said if I needed their help, they would walk me through installing the filter.

"I called them about a broken handle on my Samsung refrigerator because it snapped off. The door was completely in tact. I contacted Samsung first to schedule someone to come out and they said it's an easy fix just contact J And J International for the handle and Samsung sent me the directions on how to replace the handle. I called J and J making it clear the handle broke and I need a replacement. They asked me to take pictures and email them I sent them the pictures of the broken handle and a picture of the door showing it was intact. I had to reach out to them and they said you need the freezer door assembly after reviewing the pictures and it was going to cost 354 something with shipping. I finally got the package and it is literally the whole freezer door without the handle. If you look at the door they sent me and the door that was already on the refrigerator it looked EXACTLY the same meaning no extra parts or anything. Just the same door with still no handle. I called them and said you guys sent me what I already have it literally looks exactly the same no extra parts and you didn't send me what I needed to fix my issue ( The Handle). They tried to tell me that you can't fix the handle without getting a new door. I would have believed them if it didn't look identical to the door I had now. I said if they don't sell them separately than why didn't this door come with the handle? They couldn't answer that.. I tried explaining that if I would have installed this door there is no extra parts on the door you sent me that is different than what I already have which was also in the pictures I sent you. They said Samsung requires you to buy the door I said no they don't they literally sent me directions on how to replace the handle. What you sent me doesn't solve my issue just gives me a newer door with the exact same problem I originally had. They still don't understand. So they had me send it back and gave me a refund without the shipping but the issue was that the shipping they deducted from my refund was almost 200.00. the shipping was more than. The part. It was their mistake. Make sure you ask them what they are sending and make sure you fully understand because they still don't think they made a mistake.Horrible company call someone to fix it because they obviously have no clue what they are talking about and don't admit their mistakes. Their customer service is horrible "
"i ask 5 times for ALL SCREWS for ALL DOORS, the response was for a hinge, or something else. i dont know why they dont understand. If they do not have SCREWS, why want they just tell me. The last lady 2 or 3 weeks ago, totally disrespectful. i was suppose to get a return call 3 weeks ago. NOTHING!! i wouldnt be surprise if she close my case out. If she did that's BAD Customer Service and she should be put through training on how to resolve issues .
