"I ordered a CMC Mercedes model W165 from this store's website at Toysandhobbies.com and paid with paypal from a credit card. I got all sorts of emails from their automated website but never received a tracking number with my shipment confirmation. The toll free number listed at toysandhobbies.com has been disconnected and so has their local number. They are owned by Sanduco and I tracked down Sanduco Toys in San Leandro and some woman who barely spoke English answered and took down my name and number but could not help otherwise.

I did get my model from Sanduco and it was packaged and shipped properly and at a reasonable price so I will keep it. I just wish their communication with their customers was better."

"Don't waste your time with this store. They do not answer E-mails and when you call the customer service line, a recording answers. I ordered a cpu fan and was never given a tracking number or any other information that I requested. Don't know if I will ever recieve the order. I should have known better and used NewEgg or ChiefValue.


Update: As of June 21, (17 days later) this company still has never contacted me, never sent my order or communicated anything to me. Ordering from Sanduco was a complete waste of time and I will NEVER do business with them or refer anybody to this lousy company."
