The service person that was attending me had a very bad attitude, smart mouth (said he worked for the company 22 yrs and he did not have to explain and he was for sure that the part was ordered wrong). We had to buy the coil from another 3rd party to get it delivered there. It was the wrong part and we wanted to confirm but he gave a smart remark attitude about it and made it seem that he did not have to explain because he knew everything because he has been working there for 22yrs. He did not want to explain why. With that attitude, I will not buy a car again from Toyota.
