"I purchased coolant and oil filters online from Santa Cruz Toyota. Parts person says "Can't ship coolant" and cancels order. Bad customer service in my opinion. But, I still needed the oil filters so I emailed back requesting the oil filters. No response so I just ordered from another dealer."

Called in, was placed on hold for 15-20min, decided to just drive in and they said yea we have it. So communication was horrendous online and on phone, the guy at the desk was nice once I got there."

"Someone stole one of my wheel caps for my 2020 Toyota Corrolla Hybrid, I called the parts department at the Santa Cruz Toyota dealership and a woman gave me the Part # and said I had to drive over and pay for it ($134) before they could order it (she said they don't do credit card transactions over the phone) and I would need to buy it online. I ordered the Wheel Cap online on November 29th and found that if I had it shipped to the dealership it would cost $134 but if I had it shipped to me home address it would be $91! I had it shipped to my address and waited 2 weeks before I called the dealership and they couldn't find it. I called back the next day and spoke with Mani and he searched then asked it he could call me back. He called and said he found it hidden somewhere and gave me a the UPS tracking number. It arrived yesterday...15 days after I placed my order,...and I had to track it down. Not good customer service."
