"I ordered a 2-year full MSDN Universal subscription that included a free promotional upgrade to an MSDN Premium subscription when released. Instead, I received an academic subscription. Not only am I ineligible for an academic subscription as a professional developer, the academic version sells for about half of what I paid! After complaining, they exchanged my subscription and I received a two-year renewal subscription. Once again this was not what I had ordered, but rather something for which I am ineligibile and that sells for less than I paid!

In the end since Microsoft was no longer selling the MSDN Universal subscription, they offered to sell me a 1-year full MSDN Enterprise subscription (lower level and 1-year instead of 2-year) for over half of what I originally paid! Their excuse for the whole problem was that the distributor from which they purchase the subscriptions was confused about the new MSDN product offerings and was having trouble fulfilling orders around the time that I placed my order. Of course, they didn't tell me this until they had wasted 6 weeks of my time and the free promotional upgrade to MSDN Premium is no longer available costing me about $2000 extra when I order again.

Note this company does business using the name Technology One and Save 365.

"I placed an order for Microsoft Money 2003 on the 23rd of December, and paid $16 to have it shipped via 2-day fedex. They charged my credit card immediately, and when it had not arrived by the 31st of December I called their customer service who informed me that product was not in stock. Great. They sold me a product they didn't have, and charged my credit card for it, and then sat around for a couple weeks while I waited. I cancelled my order. The rep who i talked to was also quite unprofessional.

[edit] They did manage to successfully cancel my order and fax me an order cancelation confirmation, but if the only thing that a company can do right is cancel orders, then there's something wrong.[/edit]

Long story short: poor company with worse business practices. I would never order from them again.
