"Ordered a camcorder listed as "in stock, shipping within three days", after two weeks I emailed and received a reply to call (not toll-free). I spoke to a rather curt man and was told they were out of stock and it could be one week or one month till it shipped. After more than a month I saw the camcoder listed as "in stock" on their website. I emailed a question about my order status, received no reply after 5 days, phoned and found their phone had been disconnected. My card has not been charged, but I've waited almost two months for nothing. "
"DON'T BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. I PLACED MY ORDER LAST TUESDAY (7//04) FOR SONY DVD101 AND ARRANGED 3-5 DAYS GROUOND DELIVERY. THEY ACKNOWLEDGED MY ORDER BUT NO SHIPMENT. SO I CALLED THE COMPANY HE ALSO ASKED ME TO PURCHASE ACCESORIES FROM HIS COMPANY AT $299, WHICH I DECLINED. HE WAS FRUSTRATED FOR NOT BE ABLE TO MILK ME WITH ACCESSORIES PURCHASE AND TOLD ME THAT MY PRODUCT WON'T BE SHIPPED UNTIL 4-6 WEEKS LATER THEY DON'T HAVE IT IN STOCK EVEN THOUGH ON THEIR WEBSITE IT LISTED AS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY.
THIS COMPANY IS A CROOK. I PLAN TO REPORT THIS FRAUDULENT PRACTICE WITH STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND FCC.

"I had a problem trying to order a camcorder from this company and their manager on Friday. Very hard, in fact too hard, attempt to sell accessory package that I didn't want. Shipping options changed dependant on whether I bought this accessory package or not. Sounded a little fishy so I hung up the phone and ordered the camcorder elsewhere. On Monday, the president and vice president of sales both called to apologize. I respect that both of them made the effort to do so and feel they care about their company. I appreciate that both of these individuals tried to correct an error that happend on Friday. Hopefully, both of us have learned something regarding this situation and can avoid problems like this in the future."
