Unbelievable experience. I tried to buy a netbook. They sent me the wrong model and the wrong color. They were impossibly hard to communicate with so I decided I wanted to cancel my purchase. Well, they insisted on charging me a 15% restocking fee. Think about this for a minute. $30 to restock something I didn't even order! It was so exasperating. They were jerks and their phone line is bogus -- I called over and over again and waited on hold for over 3o minutes -- no one EVER answers. I eventually got my full refund 2 MONTHS LATER and ONLY through the intervention of my credit card company. "
"I wish I'd seen this web site before my daughter placed her order. The write-ups I just read were our story posted over and over again. They processed the payment and took her money, then told us the computer was out of stock and they would refund her money. CALLED THEM 10/8/10 - NO TRACKING NUMBER. CALLED THEM 10/15/10. NO TRACKING NUMBER. CALLED THEM. NO TRACKING NUMBER. I REPORTED THEM ON 10/11/10 TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. ALSO EMAILED THEM. THE STANDARD REPLY WAS: "WE APOLOGIZE. YOUR ORDER IS BEING FLAGGED TO BE REVIEWED BY OUR WAREHOUSE." THEY HAVE NO WAREHOUSE. THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE HAVE THOUSANDS OF ORDERS WHICH THEY MUST TRACK. I TOLD THEM MY ITEM IS SHOWING "SHIPPED" AND WHERE IS THE TRACKING NUMBER? APPARENTLY, THE WOMAN HAS NO ACCESS TO THAT INFORMATION. I SAID I WANT A REFUND. Placed an order for a computer on 9/25/2010 after a week I contacted them and was told it was back ordered, please note their website still showed item in stock, on 10/14/2010 they showed they finally shipped item, but would not supply me a tracking number or estimated delivery date. I have contacted them repeatly since then but never got a response, asked for order to be canceled twice no response, have now had to contact my bank to try to recover my money. "On Aug. 18 I ordered a laptop from Savesonic.com. It arrived two weeks later and was defective. After trying to contact them for over a week I finally received a return authorization number and instructions to return the item for replacement. I sent it back UPS and it was signed for by them on 9/23 at 11:05. I did not receive any information on a replacement being shipped so I called and got a message saying they were closed for the next week for a holiday. When I called again I was told they were out of the item so I requested a refund. This was Oct. 4. I was told I would be refunded all money including the warranty and return shipping in 7-10 business days. My confirmation for this refund is _______. I have emailed and called the customer service department for over 6 weeks and have had no response and no refund. Now their phones just ring for about 4 minutes and then end the call. I have filed a complaint with the BBB (they are not BBB accredited) and the FTC. "

"Just purchased a ACER 23" Touchscreen monitor. Was posted on Slickdeals, but a lot of caution on who this seller really is and the reputation. I will follow up when I receive my merchandise, and how the process went (besides me having to call my bank and give them an alternate address for my account that I use) - never had that happen before.
But here is my question - WHY would anybody post a positive review for any reseller only once? When I see the positive comments and the user has never posted one before, makes the reseller smell like they post their own positive reviews.
Finally received my monitor and was charged the same day it was sent.
Sorry for the late posting, but I reeceived my monitor the first of October.
Monitor was in great condition and works great. It was an awesome deal and so I can't complain, except for the unscheduled holiday with no warning. Otherwise, I got what I paid for with no complaints!

"This is the first time I ever heard of this site and ordered from there and I have to say I was so impressed and happy. I navigated the internet for a new digital camera since mine broke recently and I needed one before I go on my cruise in 2 weeks. I searched all of the normal sites like amazon, ebay, and overstock and prices were alright. I found a camera I really wanted and fell in love with so I wanted to check it out and find out more about it so I typed the model number into google and it gave me savesonic.com and this is where I found it for the cheapest. I was shocked because it was about $30 cheaper and they weren't charging shipping, and guess what! I got it the very next day!! THE NEXT DAY! usually when you want something overnighted you pay and arm and leg but since I was in no rush I just figured I'd expect 7-10 business days like normal. I was so impressed and will definitely do business with this company again!"
"On July 21st I ordered a Samsung Home Theater system HT-TZ422T online. On July 26th I reveived an e-mail with a UPS tracking #.On July 30 unable to get thru to them on the phone, i e-mailed "customer service" and got NO response. On Aug3rd after not yet receiving my order, i got an e-mail telling me that my order was "lost" somewhere in their system. They said they would ship a replacement on my behalf. (how nice of them lol) On Aug 2nd i resent an order status e-mail. On Aug 6th my system arrived but the wireless module swa4000 was damaged and accoding to the manual it was the incorrect 1. I should have received a swa4100. On Aug 8th I sent it off to Samsung repair and requested they send me the correct module. I was told they would simply "fix" what i had sent and send same back to me and that my "issue" was with Savesonic. (lovely). On Aug 12th I called Savesonic and miraculously was able to get thru to someone. I soke to a "Joseph" at ext 707. The next day i received an RMA # with instructions on where to send this incorrect module. On Aug 17th i received my "repaired" incorrect module and immediately sent it back to Savesonic as directed.It was revieved and signed for by Savesonic on Aug 18th. On Aug 23rd I called Savesonic again (finally getting thru) and spoke to someone who told me that my correct module SWA4100 was being shipped THAT DAY and i would be getting a tracking # via e-mail within 24 hrs. On Aug 27th i got an e-mail from Savesonic stating they received my incorrect module BUT did not have a SWA4100 and would have to "Order" 1 from Samsung. On Aug 31st i was advised via e-mail they were waiting for the item from Samsung. On Sept. 6th i emailed them requesting an update. Getting NO response on Sept 16th i resent the request. It is now Sept 21st (2 MONTHS LATER) and i still have not received the correct module or been able to use this system. I have contacted my credit card company and explained it all to them they have issued me a temporary credit and have sent Savesonic a letter (good luck with that) I will NEVER order again from this company and am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau in NY and possibly the News media. Oh by the way they charged my CC the day I placed the order. "
