"The watch I purchased had a faulty clasp. I asked what my options were and they said I could exchange or return it. When I sent it in they said I could do neither, because I resized it. Well, of course it was sized, which is why I discovered it wouldn't stay closed when clasped. They should have never given me options which I did not have.I will never buy a watch online again. They were not apologetic about the misinformation. When they returned the watch it was thrown in the case carelessly. Very unprofessional and rude. Now I need to pay for repair on a brand new watch. I will never order from them again."
