They take care of you!!!

"A month ago I got a cracked windshield in a damaged 450 scale helicopter fuselage. They required photos, which I sent, but get this; when the replacement arrived they sent with it a pre-paid UPS postage stamp so all I had to do was send the damaged one back in the new one's box with no cost to me! All other transactions with them were without incident and I would happily recommend them. I really feel if there is ever a problem they will make it right, which is much more that what certain other companies have done. Hobbyking required I send it's damaged item all the way back to China and pay for the shipping, which cost more than the item!"
