"Placed two orders which were never filled. Tried to contact by phone from number on the website - phone disconnected. Sent various emails - no replies. Clearly no customer service whatsoever.

"I tried to place an order through SEOH Corp's website in the morning on a Friday. I was informed Monday morning that several of the items were out of stock, even though they were not marked as such online. I responded at 10:30am that I'd like the order cancelled so I could change out some of the items. I placed a new order believing this would be resolved promptly. However, the original order was not canceled, and I did not receive ANY communication, despite repeated attempts, either that day, or the following day. Furthermore, the phone number listed on the website was a dead end message machine. I finally received an email on Wednesday informing me that my original order had been canceled, but their credit card system was inoperable through their website. They requested I manually send them my credit card information, which may be legitimate, but due to the circumstances I do not trust this company. I requested they cancel my re-order, which they obliged, but I will never buy from this company."
"This company has extremely poor customer service.
I placed an order online and they have shipping options that include USPS, FedEx International Priority and UPS with the price listed for each option. I chose FedEx and paid the price for that option.
I received an email with the invoice that stated shipping was by FedEx.
I then received an email that the order was shipped by USPS and a tracking number.
A short time later I received 3 emails in a row stating that the shipping method was FedEx but the tracking number was the same, a USPS tracking number.
The USPS tracking number showed that the order was picked up and accepted. Six days later it showed the same, still not in transit.
I emailed SEOH with my concerns and got a curt email from "Zack" as follows "Standard delivery for international orders is through USPS. We have found that they are the most reliable, efficient, and economical choice.
I emailed "Zack" with a copy of the invoice showing that I had selected and paid for FedEx international Priority.
No response at all.
I emailed "Steven" who's email is listed as customer support with my concerns. No response.
One week later and my order hasn't even left Houston. I will be surprised if I ever receive it.
Don't do business with this company!"

"I placed an order on Sept 22nd, the sent an email stating my credit card was charged then nothing else. No shipping info, nothing. I tried to contact them by phone and email several times and no response either way. This company sucks soooo bad I cannot say it enough. Will NEVER do biz with them again and advise no one elso to either."
"I ordered glassware from Scientific Equipment of Houston for which they charged my credit card $177 + shipping (international). The only confirmation was an automated email message which I received almost immediately after placing the order to say that I'd been billed and the glassware had been shipped. It's been more than 3 weeks now and I have received nothing. I get only automated messages when I try to call them and they do not respond to my emails. I agree with the poster below, do not do business with this company!"
"I ordered a Hanna Instruments alcohol analyzer from this company and they quickly charged my credit card for the item and shipping. No shipment date was provided. After two weeks with no shipment information I began to call and e-mail. I did not receive a return e-mail or call back. I filed a complaint with the BBB of Texas and the company ignored them as well. Never received a shipment or a contact. I wouldn not do business with this company again."

They fixed a mistake on one of my orders right away with no hassles. That impressed me. If you've ever dealt with retailers who screw up and then make you, the buyer, jump through hoops just to get what you should have gotten in the first place, you appreciate those with efficient, drama-free customer service.
