"I placed an order for a $25 appliance accessory at the end of November. Their web site claims shipping within 48 hours. After three emails, two weeks and no reply later, I wrote to cancel the order. Still no reply. If they are out of business they should take down their web site, before customers submit their credit card information."

"Although the automated digiscoping recommendation on their website didn't work as well as they expected, they willingly exchanged it for other equipment which works very well.
