"For a few weeks, I went to a convenience store and was offered a discount at the register. It didn't say what the discount was for and the individual working at the register said to hit the yes prompt. Next, I notice there are 8000 points redeemed from the ScoreCard Rewards. I only bought a couple of bottles of water and received a 50-cent discount on a $3.00 purchase at 2000 points per pop, a total of 4. I talk with my Credit Union, I talk with ScoreCard Rewards, both say that the 50-cent discount should have applied to a gas purchase and not shown up on the small card reader at the register, only at the pump. It didn't take long to figure out there is nothing they could or would do to correct it. I asked to have ScoreCard removed from my account but wasn't successful. I've stopped using that card and will close the account with the Credit Union and transition to another service ASAP."
"Tried to book a trip myself but the reservation would not go through. Spent an hour speaking with a very nice rep to complete the reservation. She was having problems with the system so she tried a second system. Price increased by $300. We had discussed my destination and verified my information. After completing the call, I checked the confirmation email and noticed my trip ended at the planned layover instead of continuing to my destination in a completely different country. I called immediately and was told it could not be cancelled unless I paid a $20 fee plus, the points won't be available for some time. Now I'm stuck. Unable to complete the reservations. The tickets I wanted will most likely not be available or increase dramatically in price. Wasted over 2 hours on the phone. Sooooo frustrated. I'm going to request my card be changed to cash back. "
"Was looking to order Theater Tickets and the redemption site behaves differently than hotel and flight bookings. I was trying to put my order into the shopping cart to see if would tell me the exact seats that I would be purchasing. Instead of putting it into the shopping cart it automatically checked me out on non-refundable tickets. Only option for for electronic tickets. Site currently shows my tickets have shipped electronically however I have not received them. My customer experience with "supervisor" Sasha was extremely unpleasant. When I explained what happen she continued to just state over and over that ordered tickets are non-refundable. I tried to explain I did not think I was ordering them because every other website that has a shopping cart on it places the ordered item in the shopping cart for final purchase/checkout. "Worst experience ever receiving a gift from a company for being a loyal customer that spends money . So I ordered two Uber eats gift cards because the grub hub gift cards are "out of stock ". How can a company that gets paid to give gifts be out of stock ?? So they decided to send me the most worthless useless no value whatsoever Groupon card which I did not request at all ..I called them back and they said they were sorry like 25 time I'm glad they know they are sorry but they refuse to explain why I got the wrong gift that I did not order ,now they say I have to call and cancel the gift cards which is going to take hours plus at least another month ,these were going to be Christmas gifts and now thanks to the horrible service at scorecards rewards I'm am out ...I'm and a angry in rage customer ,I would not recommend this company to anyone. "I ordered a laptop with over 100k pts. 14 Dec 2021, not received as of 4 Mar 2022, so I cancelled, now my points have not been reinstated as of 29 Mar 2022. It is inconceivable to me that a few clicks by the rep could not give me back my points.
At all points in my calls to scorecard the reps refer to a 3rd party that processes transactions (and no, they do not or can not give me the 3rd parties number), and the goal post keep getting moved on dates for corrective action.
I wrote to scorecards customer feedback site and have yet to get a call back or email
Recently I went to a credit union that gave me a 6.5% credit card with no points back and no fees. I took it and can live without points that scam and never wonder about what's in my wallet."
"Score rewards appears to be a fraud. I have placed orders several times to only be told 8 weeks later the items are not in stock. Then it takes another couple of weeks for your points to be loaded back into your account.

I wish I could rate this 3rd party company lower than 1 star. Day one when I purchased the product I was told normal ship time is 4-6 weeks, even that honestly is a bit ridiculous. It has been 9 weeks to the day and I do not have my product, that I spent a large amount of points on. Every time I reach out I am told they don’t have any further information and will escalate the issue. I called again last week and requested to speak with a supervisor, I spoke to the floor supervisor Nicole last Friday and was told she was sending the information up to the “back end production team” she verified my email, phone number and address so that I will get a follow up with in the 72 business hours. Surprise surprise a week later still no contact from this awful company. Called and requested to speak to a supervisor again today and was given to Nicole, she said she remembered the issue and can see that no information has been received. I requested to speak with her manager, because EVERYONE has a manager, and was told no along with her attitude. I am absolutely furious, by the terrible customer service, not receiving my product now after 9 weeks, and the fact not one person in the 5 times I’ve called inquiring on the issue has offered any sort of solution or resolution. Nicole’s only suggestion was to file an official complaint with my bank on the matter, that’s exactly what I did, and was told by the bank it is absolutely unacceptable. I will be also posting reviews on other sites to warn people about this awful experience. "
"Their organization does not work. The travel department is worthless. Can’t even book a flight with them.
Had to call the airline directly to book a flight. This after being told by Scorecard that the airlines were no longer allowing booking on the very same flight. Could have saved $300 if they were a legitimate company.

"Scorecard Rewards is such a scam: only a devious genius could have thought this one up. Surprised that so many credit unions subscribe or endorse this company. Here are only two reasons to definitely avoid: 1) ScoreCard rewards will entice you into thinking that, based on your "points," you can redeem them for a "special" gift. Not true! What you are really doing is choosing a gift based on your point score spread: the more points, the more expensive the "gift"; this "request" will be placed in a lottery/drawing and then only one "request" is drawn, and only that submission will receive the reward! Read that ole fine print! 2) be very, very careful about the information you provide to "redeem" your gift (which, again, means that you your name will be placed in a 'lottery' and only one prize rewarded to the "lucky" person selected). You will be asked for account id, passwords, addresses, personal "security" information, credit card numbers, etc. Do Not Provide This Information, and complain to the institution sponsoring ScoreCard Rewards about these request.I suspect that ScoreCard Rewards really makes it $ selling your most intimate information to the highest bidder!"
"I had 98403 points, accumulated over 16 or so years. Today, after buy and expensive telescope system from another company that uses Apple Ipad to control the software. I thought, HEY, I have those points, maybe it's a good time to get an IPAD. So, I logged onto my portal to www.awardheadquarters.com, logged in and searched for IPAD. Several choice came up with the point value cost, plus if you don't have enough points, you can pay cash difference. I'm a 65 year old semi techy guy, however, Not APPLE HEAD, I'm a PC guy, but I do have a Iphone 7. So, I went and tried to identify the IPAD 12.9 By picture, in their narrative, they gave no state of NEW, or Used OR Refurbished. I went to another complanies website and try to identfy what I was about to spend about 1300.00 dollars in cash and points. I did some searching and thought I identified which model I was buying. Long and Short I processed the purchase and got a return confirmation. And about an hour later I started looking for accessories, cables ect, when I needed to know the exact Item for fitment. I called ScoreCard Rewards and this was actually the 4th call today regarding the transaction. Ultimately THE CALL TAKER, by Company policy stated HE could not give me, any further information about what I had purchased, this was their policy HE stated. Then I did the Give Me a Supervisor Thing. So, now I'm on the phone 30 minutes, REALLY FRUSTRATED. While on the Hold System, I searched for ScoreCard Awardheadquarters Reviews, and I found what I didn't want. OMGosh. Line after line after line of Disgruntled persons. You can go there yourself

You should take in consideration how much time I've invested in writting this Negative Review, and the other's also.
The side issue here is very Important to you as a consumer. During the Wait for the Supervisor, I was looking on my logged In, on my Information. Lo and behold there was Every transaction that I made on my Visa Credit Card. I was really enraged that some 3rd and 4th party company, that I had a very loose relationship through my Credit Union, Had All my Identity in their hands. Here is another issue. ScoreCardsRewards aka AWARDHEADQUARTERS is located in Ocala Florida, Yet the Money transaction goes to Illnois. For me this is a bigger problem. What's going on right now in our Government is my very concern. Money Laundering, to Foundations and Corporation that you do not know you are funding.
So, enclosing, I tried and tried to find out what I purchased in the IPAD, I could NOT BE GIVEN ANY INFORMATION, and it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get it. If I open the package and look at the item, THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT IT FOR RETURN, (see other reviews regarding this very issue.) The long and short of things, we can walk in and purchase off the shelf from retailers before we were locked Down, and pay full retail asking price as I did. You have in your hands, generally that day what you spent your money on. NOT WITH SCORECARDREWARDS. They did cancel my order, however, they would not send me a confirmation email that I canceled. And for them, it takes up to 6 days to cancel the order. If it passes in the prossessing and cancelation YOU ARE GOING TO BE THE LOOSER. I hope this discription offers you a HEADS UP. Nothing stopping you from doing buisness with this business, but if you do..BUYER BEWARE. Also, you should contact your financial institution as I have done, reported the occurrance and you will find, I'm NOT THE ONLY DISSATIFIED CONSUMER. "Called to cancel hotel reservation due to coronavirus and events being cancelled - was told that a fee would apply even though I booked a "refundable reservation" (mind you it is still 5 days out from date of reservation). Rep stated I could ask for the fee to be waived, but would need to speak with a manager to do so. Rep told me it could be up to a 2 hr wait due to the amount of calls coming in. Agreed to wait - ended up waiting over 3.5 hrs and still no one picked up. Called back the following morning and was told the same information - so I continue to wait for a "manager" to pick up the call. It is absolutely absurd that the you have to jump through hoops to cancel a "refundable reservation" when the president himself declared a national emergency and stated to stay away from groups of 10+."
"Purchased a TV with our points. The picture showed a TV with a center base which would work on our furniture. The TV they shipped had 2 legs which would not work on our TV stand. Long story short ...they wont take it back . We get our points through Eckerd Credit union charge card . We will start using some other card that is a legal business. "My wife and I recently booked vacation hotels with our rewards points. We somehow booked the wrong dates. We called up customer service and were patched through to Debbie as our account specialist. Debbie went above and beyond to help us. Two separate hotel bookings were incorrect and she made sure to reschedule both bookings and saved us points! She made sure to keep us on the phone until the matter was resolved. 10/10 customer service!"
"What a scam, stole my points on a raffle. Now they keep giving me the run around. Took 50,000 points on a raffle. Always says someone will call me back but never does. Says I need to talk to production team, but no one can reach them unless it via email. Production team never calls. I stay with chase for now on. "
