"I ordered a kilt from this company, but since they didn't have measuring instructions, I sent in the measurements I use for pants. My fault, but they could have easily posted something on the product page about how to measure for a kilt.

The package I received said that I would get a full refund if I sent it back in its original packaging, which I did, and at my own expense.

Several days later, I received an email stating that I was not entitled to a refund, but that they would give me a 40% discount on a new product. When I received the coupon, but it was for $20. That is NOT a 40% for the item I purchased, which was $100. Let alone the full refund that they originally promised.

I tried calling their support number, but they are ALWAYS CLOSED. They have posted business hours, but apparently they don't pick up the phone.

DO NOT do business with this company. They are dishonest and evasive! I've spent $140 with them, and I literally have NOTHING to show for it."
