"Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with Scottish Lion. I ordered five items exactly one year ago. They've sent me three of those items, and incorrectly sent me multiple other useless packages. I've followed up with my sales associate every two weeks for an entire year. I've repeated the info in my previous emails dozens of time, and the associate never takes the time to read our previous communications, then responds about a week later. As we've now reached the 365 day mark, I've asked for a refund. My experience has been a nightmare."

"I tried to place an on-line order last night for the Jacobean Goblet set. I am in the United States but the recipient is in Glasgow, Scotland. Initially, the site would not let me place the order, saying that Scottish Lion needed to discuss 'shipping methods' with me. I sent in an inquiry and a ticket was opened [UMJT3]. This morning I received a message to please 'finish my purchase' so I went into the Scottish Lion site and it DID let me finish the contact. I checked the 'ship to another address' button and made sure my friend's address was correct. The order was placed. However, when I received the confirmation email a few minutes later, the shipping address is shown to be my own. If Scottish Lion isn't going to allow shipping to another address or international shipping, then that whole section should be eliminated. I use a similar feature regularly when dealing with Amazon.com in order to save on shipping costs."
