"Overall I am quite happy with this company. They sell specialty (travel) hard to find items for scrapbooking that are excellent in quality and just plain beautiful.

I ordered, for the first time from them, the other day. I was amazed with the variety of their products. What I didn't catch right away was that for the USA, they have papers for each individual state. THAT is neat!

A handwritten thank you was scrawled across the top of my invoice, which is a very nice change of pace. I order online a lot for a variety of reasons, and it is a rare occasion that I get a personally written note.

The order also arrived very fast and was 100% accurate. It took exactly five days from the time I ordered on the 18th to the time I received it on the 23rd. What really impressed me was something that I was actually a bit worried about. I have never ordered anything online for scrapbooking before (I normally buy books and electronics online) and I wondered how they would ship my papers because naturally I didn't want them bent.

To my delight, I received them in a heavy cardboard priority mailer. Not the kind you send photos with, but even heavier than that; closer to corrugated cardboard. Additionally they were encased in plastic to prevent the papers from rubbing against the cardboard.

Maybe that's an industry standard and if it is I would not know. I do know however that my papers were in better condition than when I shop at Michael's, Hobby Lobby or Walmart. AND... I can use the shipping container as chipboard in my scrapbooking too! So the shipping pays for itself. :)

Now for the one thing I didn't like...

The papers they display at the website DO NOT show the white strip along the tops (or bottoms in some cases) of the papers which highlights a very boldly written (and outrageously stupid) copyright notice.

This is definitely not something I expected and I'm not happy with that at all. This means that I'll have to trim off that edge, possibly making some of the papers (meant to be whole pages) imperfect. I am very displeased with that. If they weren't such good quality and so beautiful, it is more than likely that I would send them back.

The site needs to make sure that the white strips are not only visible in their pictures, but also that the paper descriptions clearly state the strips are visible on the papers and will need trimming.

It's not on all the papers, but it's on a lot of them. I feel like I was lied to, with the strips being such a surprise. This is the ONLY reason I would give them 4 stars instead of 5.

I recommend asking them, before purchasing, if any have strips.

Will I use them again? Yes. Would I recommend them to others? Yes, as long as I warn them about the strips."
