"I ordered replacement screen using laptop model. Received wrong screen.

Customer support was very good, got return label promptly and another screen cross-shipped.

Second screen was electrically compatible unlike the first one, but mechanically attached pcb was 2mm longer than original. One mounting bracket was warped as if someone was trying to mount the screen before.

To properly fit, it required some modifications on the laptop inside. I had to mechanically remove bits of plastic on the inside of the screen holder.

All in all, prompt customer service, but part not 100% drop-in replacement."
