I used the computer model when I ordered and when we spoke to a representative were unable to tell us why it didn't fit. They did ask us to send a picture of the screen but we did not follow up as we found the screen elsewhere without having to send pictures. They did send us a return shipping label for the item yet did not reimburse my credit card until after I had written this review and disputed the charge with my credit card company. "
