"Replaced a cracked screen on a New HP laptop. The screen I ordered was packed very well and arrived quickly! I also purchased the 1/5 inch Double Sided Super Adhesive Tape to make the new screen more secure to the laptop lid. I replaced the glossy screen with a Matte finish screen to cut glare. It was a perfect fit and function. I shipped the whole laptop in the same box the screen was delivered in and shipped it from California to West Virginia. The laptop arrived with no damage and my Mother-In-Law was happy about the fast turn around. Great product and great customer service. I would buy from ScreenCountry.com again! The whole ticket including California Tax was only $113.21 for a LCD Screen 15.6-inch WideScreen (13.6"x7.6") HD (1366x768) Matte LED compatible with HP L78716-001and the Tape. The laptop is mostly used for Office type work so a replacement HD resolution screen was not needed.

"Recently bought a new Dell 17 3000 laptop. The screen resolution on it is 1660 x 900. Really bad pixel rating when you look up close.
Bought a new LCD from Screen Country that was 1920 x 1080 resolution. Fits perfect and the screen quality is Amazing! The more expensive Dell 17 5000 has this screen.

"Absolutely terrible. Customer service agent refused to escalate problems to higher ups or explain why they needed massive amounts of personal information. Mocked me, refused to let me ask questions or speak to other departments, promised they'd call me (still waiting on that one....), and purposefully delayed orders. Given the fact that the customer service agent asked for very detailed personal information, including a photo of my ID, but refused to answer my questions or let me talk to billing about whatever the problem was, I am assuming that they are scamming people and stealing IDs. Seriously be careful of this company. "
