"Shipping took longer than expected by a week because it came via USA.
Probably could have made that more plain. It's okay in this case.

There is a fine physical line in the screen that isn't in the original, although you can hardly see it when it is on. (would like some comment from you on this in particular)

Main thing- it's the right screen with the right tools at a decent price.

"I received my HP Pavilion screen very quickly - in fact a few days earlier than the expected delivery date. The packaging was excellent and the screen was perfect. "Let me start by saying thank you for a great product. The only thing I would say is that when I opened the package I noticed that the mounting tabs were all bent in the wrong direction so I thought it might have happend during shipment but then I realized it was bubble wrapped and inside a box which didn't show any damage due to handling. Then on further inspection I found the adhesive strips on the screen itself didn't have the protective paper and it was stuck to the packaging. The screen worked great though and I am thankful for you website."

"I am very happy in the end.
Initially, I ordered two screens and the packaging was a bit thin, so that plus a careless USPS delivery equaled a broken screen on delivery
I was pleasantly surprised to find how responsive the RMA system is and how reasonably quickly the new screen was shipped out. The feature that allows for a customer to send pictures of the damaged parts and packaging is very helpful and accelerates the RMA process significantly.
Both screens I've ordered came as specified and work perfectly. The second delivery came Fed-ex and was packaged twice as robustly, so it arrived in perfect condition. I do have one issue with one screen, but I am certain it was an installation error on my part where I failed to make a solid enough connection with the video ribbon cable. I feel confident that with a little tape to hold it in place, the ribbon cable will be stable and the screen won't continue to go white when manipulated.
