"I have a post office box, so only orders shipped USPS are deliered there. I call to order, because they ship different ways. I gave my post office box number. The man said it has to come to the house. I said not if shipped usps. He seemed to understand. It was said clearly. I ordered before and those orders were shipped to the house. This time I received an email saying it was shipped out by usps and would be goingto my home address. I called and talked to two more unfriendly people. I was told there is nothing thewy can do, because it was already shipped. If I don't get it, when they get it back, they will refund me and I can order again. I call to order, so there is no proble. The beginning of the year there was a n order sent to the p.o. box. They sent another and kept billing me. "
"I purchased 12 Salonpas patches from this company in February 2021. After I received them, I noticed the expiration date was January 2022. Typically the expiration date is 2-3 years out, not 11 months away. It didn’t matter because none of these patches (heated up) worked. They were all defective and Scriphessco.com has and refund policy.
Do not buy anything from this company. They sell defective merchandise and will not own up to it. This company has immoral practices and needs to be put out of business."
"This is a joke company, firstly they try to cheat you, for example I paid for a more expensive and faster delivery service and they used the standard one and for weeks they kept saying it arrived within the time frame for the faster delivery service. The customer service is terrible they take so long to reply and you get the most stupid answer from these degenerates. They have a price match guarantee but i found a cheaper price but because the other company used another word in the description, for the exact same item they claimed it was a different product. I even got confirmation from the manufacturer that it was the same product but they didn't reply. What a joke, they seem to share half a brain cell between themselves. My head hurts from trying to explain and communicate with them. Not worth it."
