"Multiple ads saying that if I reviewed their app, I could get 10% off my purchase. I download the app and review them favorably. I chat with Customer service asking them how I get the 10% off. Danny? says I can buy the item and then they'll fix the order. I didn't ask about the free shipping because the truck on the top right side of their website says free shipping on orders >$99. No asterisk, no small print on the front page. I buy the item and pick the cheapest shipping option thinking he would correct that too. THEN, when I chat with him again he tells me the 10% doesn't cover the stethoscope I wanted and that the free shipping doesn't cover my order either. He did apologize though and said he didn't realize I was buying a Littman. He gave me 20% off and free ship on my next purchase. But i dont really need scrubs. So, satisfied with my Steth yes. Service sure. But it's almost a bait and switch.
Update:
I updated my review with a little more detail just to set things straight. The rep seems to think that I should read all the FAQs before I make a purchase. Sure, its a great idea, but I generally assume that when YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE says go ahead, and there's no SMALL PRINT or * on your truck at the top right of your homepage that says FREE SHIPPING, that that's what I'm going to get. I didn't say you bait and switched, I said it was ALMOST a bait and switch.
I wasn't dissatisfied before, but if you're implying that it was MY FAULT that I didn't get what was promised, then I do have a problem. Clarify your website. Don't blame the customer.

"Very disappointed. Initially, they stated the manufacturer never received my order but i dont know why. Later, one item was back ordered, twice. The other never shipped. With one exception, the only correspondence I received was when I filed tickets with the help desk. The correspondence I did receive was offensive and placed the blame on me, incorrectly stating my phone number had been disconnected and they were unable to contact me via email...both untrue! The one unsolicited email I received from them was on 4/4/12 stating the item was back ordered until 4/25/12 and then I heard nothing again until 4/30/12 when I had received no update or shipping notice and I cancelled my order. There was little to no customer service and I never did receive what I ordered."
