"This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online order. I placed an order on November 14 which had been pending until I called customer service on the 22nd to inquire about the order. I was put on hold and eventually disconnected on, which I was later told was an “accident.” I had to call back and got their outsourced customer service, it was difficult to communicate at that point, but I did manage to understand that my order was being routed to another warehouse, but HAD NOT BEEN DONE until that day when I called. The outsourced customer service did nothing but repeat the standard apology scripts and stated it was “impossible” to expedite my order. I had to beg to speak to a rep in the US, who told me they would try to expedite my order but could not guarantee it. (Again I was told this was “impossible” by their overseas agents). To this day I have only received half my order, which my daughter needs to wear to work, and a second call to inquire only routes me to the overseas call center, who cannot give me any definite information as to whether I will receive the pants, without which the scrub tops are useless. I will be sharing this horrible first experience with this company on all my socials, since medical personnel who need these items to wear at their place of work deserve better service."
"Couldn't confirm shipping information and we are military so we have had multiple addresses and I cancelled it within 24 hours and got a confirmation cancel from a service member and then a few hours got an email it was shipped called again and they can't help. Just bought someone else scrubs lol "
"my info was stolen and used to place an order. I cancelled it as soon as i got an email telling me i placed it and told PayPal that the purchase wasn't mine. Today, Months later i get another email stating that it shipped to said thief using my name, and email. checked my Pay Pal and I haven't been charged yet. called Scubs & Beyond again and asked why it wasn't cancelled like I was told it was a day after it was placed, and wanted to make sure they still didn't have my paypal info on the order. the only answer i was give was i will have to take it up with PayPal. no excuse as why it wasn't cancelled after my fist call... Months ago.
my only guess is they changed it to some other victims Paypal.
they don't care as long as they get some ones Money, they don't care who or how. "
"I placed my order over a week ago and it still hasn’t been placed. I reached out to the company telling them to cancel my order and all of a sudden my order is complete and they can’t cancel it. Im never ordering from this site again. I didn’t know they had the same scrubs I wanted on Amazon. I’ll shop there next time. "
"The first order I placed was lost in the mail. Scrubs and beyond sent out another package right away. I received the packages, in the first order a pair of pants was not in the order. I didn’t even have to place a call, the pants were already sent to me. I appreciate the fast service and outstanding customer service I received! I will definitely be ordering with Scrubs and Beyond again! Worth every penny ordering with them!"

"Well the order was a little late in coming, but it met the expectations set out for the look I wanted to present when I made my selection. An update would have been a kind gesture to settle the mind when an unexpected longer wait is unavoidable before the product arrives. All in all the experience needs some tweaking, but the order made up the disappointment in not knowing and waiting to sport the new professional look these were chosen to provide."
