I contacted twice and they were unable to tell me when they would ship. Second time I asked to cancel the order and they said they may not be able to cancel "depending on where they were in the process". I know where they were, NOT SHIPPED but wasn't assured they will refund. Misinformation on item availability and poor customer service. I won't order from them again."
