"I ordered a Casio Classpad 400. Their website says it was IN STOCK when I ordered it. A full 24 hour hours passed when they emailed me saying Oh, it's not actually in stock! Their projected date of having one for shipment is in three weeks. They are LIARS. I will never buy from them again, and I suggest you don't either, unless that is you have an unlimited amount of time to wait for something....
They also have no military discount...."
"Placed an order for an item that is sold out everywhere but listed as "in stock" at Seaboom. Received an email next day saying the item was not in stock and asking whether I want to wait 20 days. They have a helpful automated system for cancelling orders based on not wanting to wait for delayed shipping. It seems clear they do this a lot.
I looked this company up on Google Maps and it appears they do business out of a garage. I wouldn't ever do business here again."
"Received exactly was I wanted! Packaged arrived about a week after order with standard shipping. I even received a phone call 3 days after the order confirming that it was on its way."
"I was quite leery of purchasing from SeaBoom based on the reviews here, but since I was ordering a simple stock pot I figured there was little chance of dealing with upselling or product damage so I took the risk. Seaboom's price for the Cuisinart Chef's Classic 12 qt (top rated by Cook's Illustrated) was $16 cheaper than the rest of the retail sites. Within a day I received email notice that the item would be drop shipped (I'm assuming from Cuisinart, which made me feel more secure) and 2 days later I received the pot. Brand new, in undamaged box. Just wanted to share my good experience."
"I'd ordered some graphics card from this merchant via their website. I even called their sales line to confirm that those items were in stock and they would "process the order soon." A day later, I'd received an email from SeaBoom that my order was cancelled. This had cost me some time and some money due to not buying from another seller on Amazon at a good price at that time. I was not happy."
"I ordered a Cuisinart Multiclad roasting pan (MCP117-16BR) from these guys because they were the cheapest online at the time.
Availability was listed as "In Stock" so I ordered on November 29, 2013. The same day I get an email saying order has been postponed until it gets stocked on December 15, 2013. December 16 comes and I get an email saying it is still not in stock.
I call customer service and CSR tells me that the website is not updated to reflect stock. I leave my number to the CSR, she tells me manager will call me back. Ten days later I have received no call.
Don't waste your time."
"I’m always a bit leery when ordering from lesser-known web stores, but when I saw the few good reviews of SeaBoom here, I decided to take a chance since the price of the items I wanted was very competitive.
The ordering process was very easy and straight forward. I ordered three of the same item but apparently their warehouse only had two, so they called me immediately to confirm whether I wanted just two or to cancel the order. I decided to settle for the two items and they were shipped out promptly. I received the items quickly and the box was packed very well.
When I opened the box, I found that the item was not as described or as pictured. Both the picture on the website and the description of the item indicated that it was a Russound CA4 Kit (that comes with a controller and keypads); however, what I received was just the Russound CA4 controller only.
Since I needed the entire kit, I decided to return the items and contacted SeaBoom to request an RMA. They quickly sent me an RMA number along with instructions on where to ship it.... this ended my good experience with SeaBoom.
When asked if I would be reimbursed for the shipping charges they responded that it is not their policy to pay for return shipping charges. I emphasized that the error was on their part because of not just one, but two instances on the web listing. I got no response to that and shipped the item back anticipating that I would eventually get a response.
Fast forward... it has been one week since they received my return (according to UPS tracking number) and I still haven’t gotten a response from them -- or a refund yet!
Bottom line is that this may be a good company to order form so long as you know exactly what you are going to get and don't have to deal with them at all after the sale.

"This has happened the second time. I order an item, which is priced at considerably lower than other stores. And they cancel the order saying that the manufacturer has discontinued the time. Both times it was a lie, as I am sure this item is still available from the manufacturer."
"Passed on a nicely priced woot because SeaBoom claimed to have a lower price. I ordered it from SeaBoom and they canceled the order as it's no longer available. Of course it's still listed on their web site with no indication that it's not available. At least they canceled the order without charging -- that buys them a star."
